Technical, Financial and commercial pre-qualification Criteria

  • The Bidder must have Registered Office in Pune
  • The Bidder must have well equipped service centre in Pune.
  • The Bidder must be registered under GST, in Maharashtra.
  • The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.35 Lakhs in the last 3 years
  • The contractor must have valid electrical contractor license certificate in the firm’s name.
  • The contractor should have worked in or in co-ordination with MSEDCL/MSETCL against at least one work order.
  • The contractor should have valid Workman Compensation policy
  • The Tenderer shall have executed similar projects with value as detailed below within a period of last three financial years (work orders / purchase orders from 1st April 2016 onwards will ONLY be considered) :
    • Rs. 25 Lakhs for single project
    • Or Rs.15 lakhs for two projects,
    • Or Rs.10 Lakhs for three projects
  • Bidder must have on its role sufficient manpower to design and complete the project
