Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared and processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation from the United States DOC, NOAA, National Weather Service (NWS), Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) to provide UPS Battery Replacement for the National Weather Service. DOC, ERAD requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is the single source for vendor data for the Federal government.
