The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs a contractor who can electronically distribute communications to applicants, licensees, education providers, appointing entities (insurance agencies, adjusting firms, self-appointing insurance representatives, etc.).Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on June 28, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until July 3, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.Please see the attached PUR7778 for addition information.
