THIS IS NOT A BID.The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs a contractor who can electronically distribute communications to applicants, licensees, education providers, appointing entities (insurance agencies, adjusting firms, self-appointing insurance representatives, etc.).Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than June 28, 2019 at 9:00 AM (ET).If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.Please see the attached PUR 7776 form for additional information.
