— three (3) high volume roadway Bluetooth readers which includes, inter alia, the implementation planning, supply of all necessary equipment and software, installation, integration with the existing central system, testing, training of operators and other staff, pilot operation and subsequent maintenance for the achievement of an Integrated and fully functional turn key system.
