TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. PROJECT :

QUALITY DETERMINATION TRAINING FOR NEW ACCREDITATION OFFICERS
(February 24-27, 2020)

II. OBJECTIVE:

To further enhance the knowledge and expertise of Accreditation Officers in charge with the continuous development and refinement of the National Accommodation Standards as well as auditing skills for the star-assessment of accredited accommodation establishments nationwide.

III. MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS

-c Must be a DOT accredited travel and tour operator;
-c Must be willing to provide service on a send-bill arrangement.
-c Must be able to coordinate with appropriate factories/showrooms to be visited by the team.

IV. DELIVERABLES

Accommodation
-c DOT- accredited Hotel (at least 3 stars) in Clark, Pampanga for the accommodation, meals, and mock audit (Public Areas, 1 Standard Room, 1 PWD room and 1 Suite Room) of the training participants.

- Two (2) nights accommodation for February 24-25, 2020 (3 single rooms, 25 twin sharing rooms with buffet breakfast for 55 pax)
- Dinner for 55 pax x 2 nights (February 24-25, 2020).
- Whole day Function Room with AM/PM snacks, buffet lunch and free flowing coffee for 55 pax (February 25, 2020).

-c DOT-accredited Resort in Subic, Zambales for the accommodation, meals, and mock audit (Public Areas, 1 Standard Room, 1 PWD room and 1 Suite Room) of the training participants.

- Overnight accommodation for February 26, 2020 (3 single rooms, 25 twin sharing rooms with buffet breakfast for 55 pax)
