Procurement of Services of a Local Media Placements for Tourism Branding
The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called -œProcuring Entity- has received financing (hereinafter called -œfunds-) from General Appropriations Act 2019 (hereinafter called the -œFunding Source-) toward the cost of the Procurement of Local Media Placement for Tourism Branding. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Forty-Four Million Philippine Pesos (PhP44, 000, 000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2019-009 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

The DOT now invites bids to provide the Consulting Services for the Procurement of Local Media Placement for Tourism Branding. To acquire a local media agency that is solely focused on domestic media placements. To saturate the domestic market with various media platforms (TV, Radio, Print OOH, and digital) featuring the current DOT campaigns and initiatives. To further strengthen the brand -œIt-s More Fun in the Philippines within the Philippines. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.

The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality-Based Evaluation (QBE) procedures as described in the Bidding Documents.
This notice has been addressed to the hereunder short listed consultant:

It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other consultant.

The Bidding Documents may be acquired at the 4th Floor, Procurement Management Division Office, DOT Bldg., No. 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from July 9 to 29, 2019 upon payment of an applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PhP 25, 000.00.

The DOT will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 17, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at 4th Floor Conference Room, DOT Bldg. No. 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, which shall be open to all short listed consultants.
