Procurement of Services for the DOT Accreditation Campaign-Media Plan and Placements
The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called -œProcuring Entity- has received financing (hereinafter called -œfunds-) from General Appropriations Act 2019 (hereinafter called the -œFunding Source-) toward the cost of Procurement of Services for the DOT Accreditation Campaign - Media Plan and Placements. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Fifty Million Philippine Pesos (PhP 50, 000, 000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2019-011 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

The DOT now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services: development of a local media plan and placements for the accreditation campaign of the Department of Tourism - media placements in multi-media local and international channels that will cater to increase the quantity of tourists that opt for accredited establishment and tour operators, at the same time increasing the quantity of establishments and tour operators that follow the DOT standards resulting to accreditation. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.

The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality-Based Evaluation (QBE) procedures as described in the Bidding Documents.

This notice has been addressed to the following short listed consultant:
1. TOUCH XDA, INC.

It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other consultant.

The Bidding Documents may be acquired at the 4th Floor, Procurement Management Division Office, DOT Bldg., No. 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City during. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from July 09 to 29, 2019 upon payment of an applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PhP 25, 000.00.

The DOT will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 17, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at 4th Floor Conference Room, DOT Bldg. No. 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, which shall be open to all short listed consultants.
