Description : NOTICE OF ELIGIBILITY AND SHORTLISTING

1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2020 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services of a Media Planning and Placement Agency for the Philippine Tourism Branding for Opportunity and Emerging Markets . The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Three Hundred Million Pesos (PhP300, 000, 000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2020-004 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

2. The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services: To develop and implement integrated media plan in various forms, including but not limited to digital, broadcast, outdoor/out-of-home and print that will take into account the impact left by COVID-19 on the advertising travel trends.
