T E C H N I C A L S P E C I F I C A T I O N S


I. Project Title : PRINTING / PRODUCTION OF BARRIER-FREE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE TOILET (B.E.S.T) STICKER

II. Purpose/Objective

-c To promote the benefits of a clean restroom and increase public awareness thru responsible cleanliness and sanitation by improving the public toilets in the country especially in tourist destination.

III. Minimum Requirement for Suppliers

-c Must be a printing business/company
-c Must be a direct printer/manufacturer
-c Submission of the following:
1. Proposed materials to be used in the sticker as specified in the layout.
2. At least two (2) similar sample works of each item.
3. Please indicate in the bid the unit cost of the item.


IV. Scope of Work

A. Printing / Production of B.E.S.T Sticker

-c Quantity: 1, 500 pcs.
-c Size: 5.5- x 5.5- / 5-1/2- Diameter

V. Approved Budget for the Contract

ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(a‚+/- 165, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes

VI. Submission of Sample for DOT Approval

-c Within seven (7) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

VII. Delivery Period

-c Within Fifteen (15) working days after approved actual sample.

VIII. Payment Procedure

-c Full payment shall be processed after delivery and acceptance of B.E.S.T Sticker and upon receipt of billing statement based on the Government Payment Procedures.

IX. Compliance to Specifications/Provisions

-c Non-submission of sample works and materials to be used in the B.E.S.T Sticker shall be ground for disqualification of bid.

-c The WINNING BIDDER, however, shall be determined not solely based on the amount of bid but shall also consider the over-all compliance with the design and quality of the submitted sample of B.E.S.T Sticker.

-c The WINNING BIDDER shall warrant its performance in accordance with the specifications as stated in this TOR, and design/concepts as approved by the DOT-END USER and that any and all resulting defects or deviations shall be corrected by the WINNING BIDDER at its own expense immediately upon being informed thereof by the DOT-END USER.

-c The WINNING BIDDER shall keep in confidence all confidential information provided by the end-user and shall not use, reproduce, nor disclose to others the approved B.E.S.T Sticker except to those persons entrusted/authorized by the DOT-END USER.

(In case of recently expired Mayor`s/Business permit, submission of the expired
Mayor`s/Business permit together with the Official Receipt (renewal) shall be
accepted.
2. Philgeps Registration Number
3. Latest Income/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above Php500K)
4. Original or Certified True copy of Duly Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
