Mould Room Stamping Format - 50 nos, 6. Mould Room Hub Cutting Format - 50 nos, 7. Sand Plant Out Turn Format - 10 nos, 8. Mould Room Spray Mixing Format - 5 nos, 9. Mould Handing Over Format (Perforated alternate page) - 10 nos, 10. Melt Shop Log Book - 150 nos, 11. LPH Register - 50 nos, 12. Shift Diary - 100 nos, 13. Metal Pour Back Register - 10 nos, 14. Furnace Heat Record - 10 nos, 15. Ladle Heat Record - 10 nos, 16. Bucket Charging Register - 20 nos; Total Quantity reqd = 675 nos say 1 set.
