Allotment shall be made strictly in the following order of priority to war widows/widows of defence personnel killed while on duty, disabled soldiers, ex-servicemen, and spouses or widows of ex-servicemen.

Auction Detail: 1. Officer Commanding, Supply Depot Yol, Yol Military Station invites applications from individuals for running Wet Canteen Shop (10.02 sq mtr) at 336 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘A’, Yol Military Station. Allotment shall be made strictly in the following order of priority to war widows/widows of defence personnel killed while on duty, disabled soldiers, ex-servicemen, and spouses or widows of ex-servicemen. 2. Detail of the shop is as follows:- Type of Shop Area in Sqm Total Licence Fee Per Month (₹) with effect from 01 Apr 2025 with 10 percent increment per year Remarks Wet Canteen Shop 10.02 372.00 Rebate amount To be deposited in Unit on monthly basis 3. Terms & Conditions :- (a) Contract for initial allotment of shop would be eleven months which can be extendable for maximum period of five years after fulfilling of terms & conditions. (b) Monthly maint, water & electricity charges should be paid by the allottee. Advance Security Deposit money for eleven months of total rebate should be paid. (c) Monthly rebate will be renewed annually. (d) Vender/ shopkeepers must open a separate bank acct for the shop allotted in the 336 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘A’ . (e) Detailed terms and conditions provided along with the application to be submitted duly signed along the completed application form.
