Canadian commercial corporation (ccc), working in conjunction with the department of foreign affairs, trade and development's (dfatd) weapons threat reduction program (wtrp), formerly known as the global partnership program (gpp) has the intent of acquiring, for the purpose of directly providing governmental assistance to foreign recipients, the equipment as described in appendix “a”.
