Item Description: Collection of Test Samples and other details for medical checkup for each individual to be done at HPCL COIMBATORE IRD. Successful Bidder shall bring the required medical team and apparatus for collecting the samples of each individual. Medical check-up should include following tests for each individual. 1. Height, 2. Weight, 3. BMI, 4. CBC, 5. Blood Sugar, 6. Blood Pressure, 7. S Bilirubin, 8. SGOT or SGPT, 9. Total cholesterol, 10. ECG, 11. General check up and health advice by qualified medical practitioner. Laboratory tests should be done at NABL accredited laboratory. Submission of report of each individual. Tabulated report in excel sheet should also be submitted in addition to individual report.
