Auction Detail: List of obsolete/ un-serviceable/ electronic/ electric e-waste and furniture items We have read and understood all the conditions/ clauses mentioned in the Auction document, including various documents forming part of it and the Corrigendum/ Addendum issued subsequently, and confirm that our offer is in conformity with the same. We understand that it is not bound to accept the offer either in part or in full, and that our offer can be rejected in full or in part, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. We confirm that all the details submitted as part of the response are true and correct to the best of our knowledge, and if proved otherwise, can lead to rejection of our Offer and forfeiture of the Security Deposit/ Earnest Money Deposit. The EMD amount of Rs. 5, 000/- is held in favor of PAO (SECTT.) SRTH. We understand that we must submit the bid amount within 72 hours of being awarded the tender or declared the H1 bidder. Failure to deposit the bidding amount after being declared successful as H1 bidder may lead to forfeiture of the entire EMD. We have physically examined all the items as per Annexure-I and Annexure-II. We commit to promptly lift all the auctioned items (including misc. metal/plastic/particle/wooden items as mentioned in Annexure-I) within 72 hours and failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the entire bidding amount without further notice from the Ministry.
