Description : The Scope Of Work Covers Collection Of Faulty 25/63/100 Kva 3 Star Rated Type Distribution Transformers From Kalaburagi Urban, Kalaburagi Rural-1, Kalaburagi Rural-2, Yadgir And Sedam Gescom O&M Divisional Stores, Dismantling Of Transformer Coils From The Core And Damaging All The Three Coils With Cutter And Releasing Of Transformer Oil At The Divisional Stores In The Presence Of Store Keeper And The Assistant Executive Engineer (Ele) Transformer Repair Monitoring Gescom, Lifting Both Released Winding And Released Oil By The Agency And Shall Be Kept With The Repairer (By Collecting Salvage Cost Of The Released Winding And Oil As Quoted By The Bidder). Collection Of Transformer Tank With Core From The Stores, Repairing Of The Transformer By Providing Ht And Lt Winding By New Coils, Bushing Rods, Metal Parts, Lamination (Crgo) Ht/Lt Bushing Insulators, Washers, Gasket, Repairs Of The Tank, Painting Etc., Drying The Repaired Winding In The Oven As Required, Filling Up With New Ehv Grade Transformer Oil As Per Gescom Specification And Testing Repaired Good Transformer At The Repair Center.
