TERMS OF REFERENCE


I. Project:

Due Diligence / Inspection of Property Offerings that Won the 2018 Capacity Building Seminars

II. Procurement Requirements:

-c Ground Handling Services in terms of transportation, hotel accommodation and meal requirements, for LOT 1 to LOT 6.
-c Willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement.

III. Scope and Deliverables

LOT 1. Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (Region III) 28 - 30 August 2019
ABC: Php 51, 375.00

Transportation Service Requirements:
-c Vehicle hire for 3 days to service the PIED Inspection Team on day 1 until day 3 of the activity.
-c To be utilized during inspection proper of identified areas within the period covered by the activity.
-c To pick up the PIED Inspection team members from the DOT Office on Day 1 at 8 am, and drop off the PIED staff at DOT Office in the afternoon of day 3 of the activity.
-c Vehicle that can safely and comfortably service at least 4 passengers.
-c Must be DOT accredited

Hotel Accommodation for 2 rooms, 2 nights, with breakfast included:
-c Total no. of rooms: 2 Standard Single Rooms
-c With breakfast
-c DOT accredited hotel / resort

Meal Requirements for 3 pax
-c Good for 3 lunch and 2 dinner meals


LOT 2. Maragondon, Cavite (Region IV-A) 14 - 16 August 2019

Transportation Service Requirements:
-c Vehicle hire to for 3 days to service the PIED Inspection Team on day 1 until day 3 of the activity.
-c To be utilized during inspection proper of identified areas within the period covered by the activity.
