Note-1.The Item &Its Packing Shall Carry a Qr Code Containing the Details as Listed Below(Qr Code to be Affixed Near Name Plate of Item &On Top of Packing) A)Nameof the Manufacturer B)Purchaseorder Number C)Purchaseorder Date D)Uniqueserial Number (Or Lot Number for Bulk Items) of the Manufacturer or E)Dateof Manufacture F)Deliverychallan No. G)Deliverychallan Date 2.The Qr Code Shall be as Per Iso/Iec 18004 Model2 and the Data Shall be Available as Xml Using the Tags Detailed Above. 3. in Case the above Details are not Available, or the Qr Codes are not Readable, the Supplied Material is Liable to be Rejected.
