Tenders are invited for the refurbishment of the Karingal Workshop building at St Johns Park, New Town to create an interview room, lounge/shared space, kitchenette and appropriate amenities. There will also be the addition of a new garage / workshop and covered area.
Prequalification : Tenderers must be pre-qualified at the tender closing date with the Department of Treasury and Finance in the Building Works - Institutional Category to a value greater than $250, 000 or to the tendered price whichever is the greater
