Qualifying Requirements :Pre-Qualification Requirement S.NoQualifying Requirement Document Required1Bidder shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) OR Authorized dealer /vendor of OEM for Cameras, VMS, Servers and Switches.In case of Authorized dealer /vendor, Manufacturer Authorization Certificate (MAF) from OEM for participation in this tender is to be submitted by the bidder.2The bidder should have experience of having successfully executed similar Purchase Orders during last 3 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited should be either of the following :a)Three similar executed Purchase Orders not less than 12.7 Lacs eachb)Two similar executed Purchase Orders not less than 17.8 Lacs eachc)One similar executed Purchase Order not less than 22.5 LacsCopies of Purchase Order(s) along with signed and stamped completion certificate issued by customer is to be submitted by the bidder.3The bidder should submit a compliance sheet clearly indicating parameter wise compliance for each item. Make and model of Cameras, VMS, Servers and other Network components should be clearly indicated in compliance sheet.Compliance Sheet to be submitted by the bidder.4Cameras must conform to ONVIF profiles relevant the CCTV system and registered for the same.ONVIF conformance certificates to be submitted by the bidder.Note: Relevant documentary proof for above compliance need to be submitted by the bidder along with technical bid failing which their bid shall be rejected.
