Copy of the tender's documents can be obtained from the Procurement and Contracts Section of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education during official working hours; against a receipt and payment of QR 500 (Five Hundred Qatari Riyals Only) non-refundable. The amount shall be deposited into the Ministry's bank account number (QAI3QNBA 000000000013039617001) in Qatar National Bank (QNB).

2. The company shall submit a Tender Bond in the name of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to the competent Committee as a payable check or a bank guarantee issued by a local or accredited bank in the State of Qatar. The bond must be valid for no less than (120) days from the date of submitting the Tender.

3. The Tender shall be valid for at least ninety (90) days from the date of submission.

4. The final bond value is (10%) of the contract value, which shall be deposited as a bank guarantee issued by a local or accredited bank in the State of Qatar.

S. The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, after the approval of the Tenders and Biddings Committee and

during the term of the contract, is entitled to increase or decrease the quantities of the items, works, or services.

6. The tender shall be submitted duly signed and stamped in a sealed envelope by the company. The envelope shall bear the name of the chairperson of the competent Tenders and Biddings Committee and shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the Committee on the 7th floor at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

7. It is a requirement that a Company Classification Certificate, issued by the Ministry of Finance, is attached. Failure to comply with this requirement, the bidding company will be disqualified.

S. All inquiries related to the tender are addressed to the Procurement and Contracts Section of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education during the period of receiving the tenders and at least ten (10) days before the date of closing the call for tenders.

9. Bidders or their representatives may attend the session of opening the tender envelopes on the next day of submission.
