A total of 33 non-profit entities of the Campo de Gibraltar this year opt for the Social Value Awards, organized by the Cepsa Foundation. The projects presented are supported by many other Cepsa employees in the area, who act as sponsors or godmothers in solidarity.

In total, the foundation has received 390 projects from all the territories in which it awards its prizes: Campo de Gibraltar, Canarias, Autonomous Community of Madrid, province of Huelva, Portugal, Colombia and Brazil.

The jury will meet next November to assess the different projects and select the winners, as well as the two projects nominated by Campo de Gibraltar for the Special Employee Award this year.

The objective of these awards is to recognize and promote social initiatives that favor the inclusion and well-being of those groups or less favored people, as well as promoting these values of solidarity among the professionals of Cepsa, who will act as godmothers or godparents, presenting the interested entities in participating in these awards. The economic endowment in the Campo de Gibraltar is up to 50,000 euros. In total, up to 400,000 euros will be distributed among the best social projects presented in all areas.

Since 2012, the Special Employee Award was added to this solidarity convocation, an additional award granted by the professionals of Cepsa. Among the 14 projects selected by the different juries, the Cepsa professionals will choose two winning projects that will be announced in December.
