INVITATION FOR TENDER -The U.A.E. Federal Electricity and Water Authority announces the issue of
the under mentioned tenders. Bonafide companies who are qualified & experienced and licensed by concerned authorities may obtain tender documents according to the following schedule and conditions:

Tender No. 41EW/2017-Tender Title- Supply of Toray Membrane Type Tm820R 440 For FEWA Swro desalination plants-Fees Dhs. 1000/-, Last DAte for Submission & Opening of Tenders 22/05/2017 at 10.00 am

The tenderer must be a U.A.E. national, individual or a company owned by nationals or a company in which 51% of the share capital is owned by nationals or Free Zone Company, GCC and Foreign Companies
having a lcn:al offces in the U.A.E. Offers should be accompanied by an unconditional Bid-Bond of 5% of
the total value of the offer & valid for (180) days from the last date of tender submission. Tender Bond must be submitted before the date and time of the technical opening, otherwise the offer will be rejected.
It should be enclosed in sealed envelope bearing only the tender number and title addressed to: Director of Purchases, Contracts and stores, Federal Electricity & Water Authority, P.O. Box 1672, Dubai. The
said Bid-Bond should be issued by a bank operating in IJA.E. Tenders shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission. Payment channels conditions: For the tenderers who are not registered with FEWA: tenderer may obtain the tender documents from the Authority's Office in Dubai from 8.00 am to 1200 pm, against a non-refundable fee to be paid in cash and has to submit the registration documents within two weeks from the date of collecting the tender documents.
NOTE: The tenderers who are not registered with FEWA have to submit their fle for registration before participating in the tender. For the tenderers who are registered with FEWA: payment shall be via
the SRM (online tendering portal) and, after viewing and accepting the below condition:
The tenderer should fulfil the above mentioned conditions and to be authorized, as per the Trade License, to carry out the activity of the above mentioned tender. Otherwise, the offer might be rejected due to
inadequateness and no refund will be issued by FEWA.
