Suppliers are Invited to Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Didactic Learning and Sports Materials for Seven (7) Primary and Four (4) Secondary Schools in Kisumu (3), Nakuru (3), Nairobi (3) and Mombasa (2)

Bidders Shall Submit Their Proposals in Clearly Marked Separate Envelopes. The Envelopes Shall Bear Clearly Marked Labels Identifying the Particular School and Programme

Each Envelope to be Stamped and Sealed and Contain One (1) Original and Two (2) Copies Incl. Cds as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders / C2

All Bids Shall be Accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the Tender Sum in Kenya Shillings or Equivalent Amount in Freely Convertible Currency Valid for a Period of 150 Days Counted from the Submission Day of Bids

Late Bids Will be Rejected and Returned Unopened Electronic Bidding is Not Permitted
