3. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr2,000.00 (Birr Two Thousand only) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.0). Bid security in any other form is not acceptable.

4. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Head Office, during office hours on or before Meskereman 05/2009 5:00 Local time, at the place mentioned under no. 2 above.

5. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend, on Meskereman 05/2009 5:00 Local time, at the place mentioned under no. 2 above.

7. Failure to comply any of the conditions from 1 - 4 above shall result in automatic rejection.
