Sealed tender are invited by Directorate of Industries, Govt. of Jharkhand for reputed ISO certified Exhibition fabrication agencies for Design, Fabrication and augmentation of Jharkhand Pavilion at different parts of India. The Bidder should submit proposals in two parts-Technical Bid & Financial Bid for a raw space of 144 sq. mt. for BRICS-2016,Pragati Maidan, New Delhi & 100 sq. mt. for MET-2016, CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Mumbai .

Jharkhand Pavilion shall be made of wooden structure on a raised wood finished platform with ply board cladding and appropriate paint finishing. Electrical wiring, fitting, fixture, sofa, lockable reception table, chairs, pantry, store, two brochure stand, LED TV at wall(12x10 feet) and other necessary furniture. Lounge area with Tea/Coffee machine and fridge, two receptionists /hostess, one pantry boy, one desktop with operator and one cleaning staff with all safety measures and clearances to be arranged by the agency. All electric, water and other charges related to Jharkhand Pavilion will be paid by the event manager.

Terms & Conditions

Following Information, with supporting evidence must be furnished by the bidder

• The firm must have worked with more than three State or Central Government, Departments, Organization.
• Only those firms, who have minimum 5 years experience of executing exhibition related jobs may apply, please attach minimum 05 works orders of Rs. 10lakhsand above.
• Bidder should have a experience of fabrication of stalls in any(4 major/metro cities) of our India(Attached documentary proof)
• The firm should have an average minimum yearly turnover of Rs. 2.50 Crore & above for the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for years 2011-12 to 2015-16 to be attached.
• The firm must have PF & ESI registration and document and last 6 month's payment challan to be attached.
• If the firm comes under MSME and registered with competent authority of above mention work, then relevant documents should be submitted in support of their claim.
• Service Tax registration document should be attached.
• Must have valid PAN/TANNAT of agency registration.
• Bidder should have a valid ISO 9001 certification.
• No consortium/Joint venture shall not be considered.
• 0ne design in each given size must be submitted along with hard & soft copy in a presentation format.

Offer should be submitted along with an EMD of Fts.50,000/- (Refundable) and tender processing Fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Non refundable ) in sealed cover and addressed to the Director of Industries, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi latest by 3.00 pm on 19.09.2116 of September 2016. The Technical bid will be open on the same day at 3.30 pm. financial bid will be opened of those bidders who will successfully qualify in the Technical Bid part.
