Terms and Conditions:
Bidders should apply in writing indicating land parcel number(s) and price(s) for the particular parcel of land.

Each bid should be accompanied by a bank pay-in slip of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 payable to Co-op Bank account No. 01100571822500.
One can bid for one or both.

The liquidator is not bound to accept any specific bid whether lowest or highest whatsoever.
