The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified companies for the Provision of Satellite Voice and Data Services to the United Nations Support Office in Somalia

UNSOS is currently using Thuraya and Iridium satellite phones for providing voice communication in Somalia and Kenya. For satellite data services Inmarsat terminals are in use.

UNSOS intends to enter into a three-year contract for the services and reserves the right to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions. The duration of the contracts shall always be subject to the continuation of UNSOS's mandate, the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Vendors/Companies interested in this published EOI for the Provision of Satellite Voice and Data Services to the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (PM) must submit the following documentation on or before 15 March . 2017.

1. Legal/Commercial Registration Certificate or an equivalent (Maximum 2 pages), showing that the company was in existance for a mimimum of 3 years,
2. Evidence of Previous Relevant Experience past three years (Summary sheet of Contracts/Purchase Orders, reference letters e.t.c. to be submitted as proof) (Maximum 2 pages),
3. Provide UNGM registration number or status (Mandatory).
