PROVISION OF GARDEN SERVICES AT THE NCU TVET COLLEGE CENTRAL OFFICE,
CITY CAMPUS, PHATSIMANG CAMPUS AND PHATSIMANG HOSTEL
The Northern Cape Urban TVET College in Kimberley requests quotations trom professional service providers for the PROVISION OF GARDEN SERVICES at the NCIJ WET COLLEGE, CENTRAL OFFICE, CITY CAMPUS, PHATSIMANG CAMPUS and PHATSIMANG HOSTEL.
REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:
The services are as follows but not limited to:
Cut grass of the entire Campuses including Hostel facilities and Sportsfields Clean and upkeep Of flower beds
Tree trimming when necessary
• General garden cleaning (weeding, papers, plastic, bottles)
• Planting of small plants and grass as supplied
• Sweeping
Removal of garden refuse
• Service to be provided twice a week
DURATION:
The duration of the contract will be for one year commencing 1 June 2017.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION:
he service provider must provide a proven comprehensive quality service. Workers must be supervised whilst exercising their duties.
EQUIPMENT, UNIFORMS ETC:
All service providers must provide their own equipment and protective clothing Whilst on site.
INDEMNITY:
In the possible event of damage to NCIJ TVET College property proven to have been caused by the service provider's personnel, the service provider must be in possession Of a valid pro- fessional indemnity insurance to cover the cost of damages. Interested service providers wishing to be considered must submit the following:
Quotations in a sealed envelope CIPRO documents
• proof that they are registered on the NCIJ TVET College and National Treasury (CSD) supplier database
• proof of NCIJ TVET registration can be obtained at 41 Long Street Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid a-BBEE Certificate
Copy of Municipal services account for business as proof of residence
The NCIJ TVET College reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or not award any quotation issued.
CLOSING DATE:
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope and externally endorsed: "PROVISION OF
GARDEN SERVICES, NCLJ IVET COLLEGE, CENTRAL OFFICE, CITY CAMPUS, PHATSI-
MANG CAMPUS AND PHATSIMANG HOSTEL and it must be placed in the Tender Box at
the not later than the closing date and time of Thursday, 18 May 2017 at 10:00.
