 1. Accountant General Punjab is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible interested Firms/Agencies for provision of 08 Ex-Army armed Security Guards for deployment at office of Accountant General Punjab, Lahore.

2. Bidding shell be done by adopting 'Single Stage two Envelopes' procedure.

3. Firms/Agencies having vast experience can purchase bidding documents on submission of written request from the address given below with Non-refundable amount of Rs: 1000/- upto 18-01-2017 at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be received in this office till 18-01-2017 at 12:00 noon.

4. Bid must be accompanied by bid security of an amount equal to 5% of annual bid amount in the shape of Call Deposit (CDR). Pay order/Cheque is not acceptable.

5. The envelope containing Technical Bids will be opened on 18.01-2017 at 12:30 hours in the presence of the bidders' representative. Second Envelope containing financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on 18-01-2017 at 14:00 hours of those bidders who qualify in technical bid

. 6. Interested bidders are advised to submit Technical and Financial Bids sealed in 2 separate envelopes labeled "Financial Bids"/ "Technical Bids". Both envelops further be packed into a single large envelop. Bid Document must accompany Registration Certificate, Company Profile, NTN Number of Armed Licenses held by firm, authorization from the Home Department and any other information which bidder may think relevant. All documents must be attached with an index with proper tagging of each enclosure/document in the sequence given the index. Bidders are required to submit only relevant documents and no surplus material will be accepted.

7. Mobile Phones/communication devices are not allowed in bid opening room. Only one authorized representative can enter in bidding room and will be allowed to leave once bid opening is completed for all bidders. AG reserves the rights to reject any or all bids thereof as per PPRA Rules 2004.
