The Saudi-Tunisian summit, held between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz and Tunisian President Baiji Caid Sibsi at the Carthage Palace in Tunis yesterday, signed two agreements between the two governments. They included a development loan agreement for the project to protect cities and urban areas from floods, Saudi exports to the Tunisian company for refining industries, and the summit witnessed the launch of three projects in the Republic of Tunisia .
King Salman and President al-Sibsi exchanged the Medal of the Republic of Tunisia and the King Abdul Aziz (SPA)
King Salman received the highest honor from President Sibsi in the Republic of Tunisia (the largest category of the Order of the Republic), and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques handed the Tunisian president the King Abdul Aziz necklace.
The meeting of King Salman and the Tunisian President, in the presence of the two delegations at the Carthage Palace, discussed the prospects of cooperation between the Kingdom and Tunisia in various fields and means of enhancing them and developing regional and international developments.
