New eProcurement Solution with Development of E-Learning content by Aurion Learning Defence and Security

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) joins with Aurion Learning to come up with a new E-Learning programme to assist the training of team members in both the use of new eProcurement software and the business processes in the SPS.

The E-Learning content and supporting resources, which will be used by an expanding target audience of SPS staff who are spread throughout Scotland, include;

• animated explainer videos,

• product simulations,

• interactive knowledge checks and assessments,

• downloadable job aids and info graphics and

• Role-based digital media scenarios incorporating audio, video, photos and illustrations.

The new programme will also play an important role in refresher training and just-in-time learning relating to the eProcurement system.

The SPS team members can also maintain and modify the E-Learning content quickly and efficiently over time, with the newly developed internal capacity through training and templates by Aurion Learning.
