Municipality of Mafraq: Plan to develop the city, energy-saving lighting and beautification of the army street Power and Energy

Al-Mafraq - Al Mafraq Al-Kubra Municipality is planning to implement a development plan for Al-Mafraq City under the title "Modern Mafraq 2019" through the programs and plans of scientific engineering for development.

Al-Daghami said that there will be expansion and completion in the service projects initiated by the Municipality during the past year, pointing out that there will be a plan to implement more modern projects and develop the city of Mafraq and what the citizen touches in the city, while maintaining the authenticity of the city and its history.

He explained that the municipality is on the verge of a package of projects that will include the investment side and services, and in order to rise to reflect the development reality on the modern Mafraq 2019, pointing out that the projects of the municipality are proceeding according to a deliberate plan to reduce the central islands and change the stone Kendrin in sidewalks in the city of Mafraq, Al-Mafraq and Al-Dafeh, in accordance with established procedures and work on an extensive campaign to implement the project of afforestation and decorating the entrances of the city.

He pointed out that the municipality worked on lighting the army street and the implementation of sidewalks and sidewalks of the street and lighting in a modern manner, while work will be carried out on the cultivation of ornamental trees on the sidewalks of the street.

He pointed out that the Municipality has worked to reduce the energy bill borne by the municipality, through the development of road lighting using energy-saving light bulbs, as well as enable the municipality to pay the debts of the Irbid Electricity Company to meet the street lighting in Mafraq.

Al-Daghmi said that the municipality worked to provide adequate road lighting using energy-saving lighting bulbs, adding that lighting was provided through 3, 600 energy-saving LED lamps.

He added that the Municipality is continuing to develop the lighting of roads in the municipal areas through the provision of such lighting and upscale.
