The public space has great importance for the city, because it is an area surrounding the Ouro Verde Theater, which is a state-listed asset on the initiative of the State Council of Cultural Heritage and Cultural Heritage of Paraná.

The new project aims to promote the recovery of this section of the Boardwalk from 2019, with interventions to qualify the site preserving original elements that are already its trademark in Londrina, mainly the petit-pavé floor in black and white and the luminaires in Araucaria format. With this, the Municipality intends to give the local citizens and visitors of the city access to a more pleasant and safe space, also valuing its historical and affective character.
