1. Caribbean Maritime Institute now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Ancillary & Grounds Maintenance Services at the following locations for Two (2) years: Palisadoes Park, Port Royal Campus & 6th floor Air Jamaica Building.
2. Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Certificate and must be registered with the National Contracts Commission in any of the following category: “Janitorial, Sanitation Services”.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Caribbean Maritime Institute; Marsha-Gay Wallace, Email Address: mwallace@cmi.edu.jm and may purchase the Bidding Documents for a non-refundable fee of $1,000 payable by cash or manager’s cheque at Palisadoes Park, Norman Manley Highway, Kingston CSO, Kingston from June 12-23, 2017 between the hours 8:15 am to 4:15 pm.
4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box located at GMDSS of the Caribbean Maritime Institute on or before Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives at the main campus of the Caribbean Maritime Institute located at Palisadoes Park, Norman Manley Highway, Kingston CSO, Kingston on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 1:15 pm.
The Institute is not obliged to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and reserves the right to terminate the bidding process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability.

Tender documents are available upon payment by cash, Certified/Managers check of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $1000
