Delivery of disinfectants USK / DZP / PN-44/2017. The award may be made by the Contractor, who: 1) are not subject to exclusion; 2) they fulfill the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning: a) economic or financial standing.-The Contractor will meet the condition if he shows that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the order for the guarantee sum for the total value of the tender (gross) but not less than PLN 50,000,

The contractor will meet the condition if he shows that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the object of the order for the guarantee sum for the total value of the tender submitted (gross) but not less than 50 000 PLN. From the contract

In such a case, the contractor may demand only the remuneration due for performance of part of the contract. 1.
